Healthy daily diet.
Breakfast:
Ø
Whole grain cereal with skimmed milk.
Ø
Homemade oatmeal.
Lunch:
Ø
Brown bread with lettuce, tomatoes,
low fat Edam cheese, ricotta.
Ø
Chicken salad with lettuce, tomatoes,
red kidney beans and coloured peppers, with chopped boiled eggs.
Dinner:
Ø
Wrap with chicken strips and coleslaw.
Ø
Tuna with black olives garlic and parsley
and jacket potatoes with low fat margarine.
Healthy snacks between courses:
Ø
Sliced apples.
Ø
Almonds.
Ø
Sliced carrots.
Ø
Fruit salads.
Ø
Yoghurts.
Healthy deserts:
Ø
Apple crumble.
Ø
Boiled apple with anemone.
Ø
Fruit cake with whole grain flax.
Ø
Strawberries in milk.
Apart from healthy food, a daily exercise of at least
30 minutes should be included such as running, jogging or cycling.
Also, 8 hours of sleep everyday should be included.
